Who I Am
I’m an objective‑driven business and technical professional who’s been building, scaling, and selling companies since 1995. Starting out as a software developer, I’ve since taken on senior leadership roles [COO, CPO, CTO] while maintaining a deep technical grounding. That blend of hands‑on tech insight and strategic business savvy gives me a unique edge: I can converse fluently with engineers and boards alike.

As a fractional executive, I join companies on a contract basis, delivering C‑level expertise (operations, product, or technology) without the cost of a full‑time hire . My typical engagements include:
